"We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was taken care of and the staff was all friendly, even with a language barrier they made a great effort to go above and beyond. The events in the lobby were wonderful and fun. Daniel at the Macao Buffet was the best waiter. Our kids had a blast 💥 and it was great for the adults too. Beaches are gorgeous and water was beautiful and warm. The beach barbecue was delicious and convenient and we loved how there was such an amazing variety of food. Chef Peter at Hibachi was very talented. "

"This property was so much fun for my kids. They enjoyed the beautiful beach, awesome water park, and the room. The rooms are spacious and plentiful. The food options for dinner were surprisingly good. We did find breakfast to be tough with food choices for kids. We are coming back to this property. We enjoyed it that much!"

"What was unique to me the Butler’s service, Joan was very helpful/informative. He kept us updated with the daily activities, all the excursions that were available, he made our dinner reservations! "I liked quietness, cleanliness, and services at the room and restaurants. Also, the excellence of JJ, always available to help us, he is very professional! I did not like the tour to Dream hotel. They should told me the true before to schedule an appointment for me to go there. Another thing regarding food options would be to have the traditional Dominican plates always available. In our first trip, that aspect was excellent. They asked what did we want to eat….!in this trip, when I have asked for plantains, tostones, mofongo they have told they don’t have and offered mash potatoes. To re schedule transportation to the airport should be more help from that company since my trip was paid in Miami and it was a round trip. "
