"I just got back from a five night stay at secrets royal beach. The staff and service was amazing. We upgraded to preferred club at check in, and had access to a few extra restaurants and pools. The room was luxurious and spacious, and the food was amazing. I am gluten free and every restaurant I went to had multiple options for me. The resort is definitely more relaxing and couples than partying which was to my personal preference, but if this is not your taste look elsewhere. I won’t give this...

"Everything was amazing including food, cleanliness, staff, no complaints about anybody or the amenities we had access to. However, they will tell you that there’s a welcome breakfast and a free tour of the resort, but don’t tell you that it’s to speak about an investment opportunity which no one wants to do on vacation. Watch out for that, it takes 3 hours out of your day and it’s something you never sign up for beforehand. "

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
