"The staff here is incredible especially Jaquelina. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and speaks English. I am reviewing this an American and we are spoiled. The rooms have been updated but the craftsmanship is not what an American would expect for a five star hotel. The tiles are laid sloppy, the doors do not seal. "Pet friendly is a must. Safety and secure parking were great. A coffee maker in the room was important. The pool water temperature was warm and very enjoyable after a long day of traveling. A good way to relax one’s body. The full buffet breakfast was a wonderful way to start our day since we were to be driving seven hours to our next hotel. Unfortunately, the location was not easy to find, even using GPS. We ultimately had to have a taxi guide us to it."
