"The room was typical older mexican style but very clean, functional with good a/c. The grounds were beautifuly kept with a manucured botanical garden that I enjoyed everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to say thank you to Carlos for all his help. He was the best!"

"The dining options were quite limited since most of the restaurants were under construction. It wasn’t a big issue for me since I ate outside the resort most of the time. However, if you prefer to dine within the resort, this is something to keep in mind. Also, if you're planning to explore the Romantic Zone, be aware that it's about a 30-minute Uber ride each way. I had to take an Uber once or twice a day to get to the restaurants and back."

The photos do not do the hotel justice it's unique in a town full of modern western decorated airbnbs and all inclusive resorts with identical rooms. this hotel has personality. "The hot tub water was gross and had major bubbles floating in it. Also the temperature of the hot tub was only a few degrees warmer than the pool. The hot tub and how popular it is could be drained cleaned and chemical added daily "
