They told me that coffee and water bottles were an additional fee after the first day. There was no notice to that condition. Very odd."

"It was good except no shuttle come and pick me up from hotel. You need to reserve it days before. Chatted with agent from hotels.com. Telling me they don’t provide the service. So I got a text. But at least hotels.com gave me compensation for the inconvenience. I did call the hotel before flying out but no one answered the phone. But I was able to get to the airport from hotel with their shuttle after staying overnight. "
