"This is our big groups second year coming to Haven and once again it’s been a delight. The resort size isn’t too big and the service has been fantastic. Everyone is kind and caring and attentive. Our butler, Manny, went above and beyond helping us get restaurant reservations, decorate rooms for birthdays, recommend experiences. Also the serenity pool waiter, Samuel, was amazing, making us delicious cocktails and bringing over more before we even knew we needed them. Looking forward to returning next year. "
