"Me gustó el cuidado del jardín. La comida. NO me gustó la limpieza y el mal estado de barandales y lo poco cuidado de algunas cosas de los cuartos (cortinas, manijas). El agua de la alberca estaba fría. Los trabajadores dijeron que estaba descompuesto el mecanismo para calentarla y el personal dijo que no era verdad.El internet del cuarto no funcionaba bien. No procuró el personal dar una satisfacción más amable a sus problemas."

"A very American style hotel with equal ammenities. Very clean, excellent maid service, comfy beds and super clean sheets and covers. Food was also good and sevice also. Would highly recommend it!"

"Wonderful place. One caveat, if they would make the pool a truly heated pool it would be fantastic. Even better install a jacuzzi with really hot water. We’ve never found this kind of facility in Mexico and I think it would be a really big draw."
