"The staff here is incredible especially Jaquelina. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and speaks English. I am reviewing this an American and we are spoiled. The rooms have been updated but the craftsmanship is not what an American would expect for a five star hotel. The tiles are laid sloppy, the doors do not seal.
