"We were pleased with the amount of space we had! Everything we needed was in the suite, and beds were very comfortable. There was some built grime in the corners on the floor and the furniture was old and mismatched, but we enjoyed our stay."

"Our first time exploring Cape Breton and we made this our base for a few days. We were expecting it be rustic and it sure was - a real old-style beach cabin. The plumbing had a few issues but it delivered hot water no problem. The kitchen is the front entry so a bit crowded. Still, we had a great stay. "Check in was easy. Room was clean with a great view of the beach. Walls were a little marked up, looked like there may have been a headboard at one point. Table was scratched up. Personally didn’t bother me at all. Newer tap in kitchen sink and bathroom updated. Best coffee I have ever had in any hotel/motel/resort that I have stayed in. I plan to revisit in a month and bring my little dog. Great value for the price. You can’t go wrong staying here."
