"Parking was a hassle as we had to shuttle off site, Arcade room had some non working games such as deflated basketballs, some games took tokens and didn’t work at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Overall the White Oaks resort has many positives- beautiful lobby and dining areas, wonderful breakfast, fantastic staff, nicely decorated room, many options for in-room movies. The one negative was an uncomfortable bed- too high and the mattress was too firm for both my husband and me."

"the quality of the rooms have gotten lower and lower every time i come. still a nice hotel but some things i would upgrade/fix ; shower head, more towels, cleaner bed sheets (ours had stains) , reallt dirty windows and visible water damage on the ceiling "
