"Staff were great but I texted in about loud guests between the hours of 1-3am and did not receive any reply or acknowledgement. I wish someone was checking on these messages overnight and could have asked the loud guests to curb their behaviour. Other than that, the hotel stay was good. Wish the tv’s were a bit larger for these old eyes. Very out of date tech, could use a refresh."

"We only planned on staying at this hotel for one night, but they were kind enough to find us a last minute room for an additional night as we wanted to get ahead of the snow storm hitting Toronto. This turned out to be a good thing as this was a lovely hotel. The spa is worth the cost (around $45 pp) and we had a lovely, relaxing few days whilst we tried to figure out how to manage our road trip with all the snow. "Hotel is a bit outdated and the equipment in the gym is squeaky and not in great shape but the property is beautiful, staff are lovely and pool and hot tub area is wonderful for kids to play and for adults to relax. Would stay again."
