"The hotel staff were very nice and friendly! They made the experience so much better. If we asked for anything they were at the door in minutes! The room was not clearly advertised on expedia, unfortunately. It was advertised as sleeping for 3. There were not enough beds for it to sleep 3. There was just a king bed in the "bedroom" and a couch. We made it work and made the couch our daughters bed. The hospital next door is incredibly busy, sirens day and night along with a lot of homeless...

"I loved the hospitality staff. Everyone had a genuine smile for my family and me. The front desk attendant was so accommodating and voluntarily offered us an upgrade. The concierge was super helpful in showing us all the fun things we could do and also in planning the logistics. The location is central to convenient drug stores, minimarts, and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. My children were really excited and impressed with Hotel Blu. "
