"Unfortunately I had had a fall in Banff and booked this hotel for a stopover on my road trip back to Vancouver. It was just off the highway and had easy access to shops and food outlets. I requested an accessible room which was accommodated. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the breakfast room was upstairs so i was unable to partake in food as I couldn’t gain access to the room. My husband grabbed me some fruit so all ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to return here.
