"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. "We were supplied with towels for just one person. Overall, satisfactory. The front desk staff should be trained or drilled about how to respond to an emergency, in this case, fire alarm. There seemed to be no Wi-Fi connection to the fire services, and more importantly, the guests gathered in the front foyer when the alarm went off, should be briefed about what was going on with the emergency response.
