"I loved this hotel. Perfect location. So much in the area attached to the underground city. Restaurant was drli ious. The pool and hot tub was phenomenal. I literrally spent 6 hours in it one night in 1degree celsius weather. The bed and pillows were perfect. First time my husband and i did not suffer from back pain. 10 stars!"

I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. "Everything was great no complaints. Everything was clean, rooms are a bit dated but that’s sometimes enjoyable and comes with personality verses everything upgrading to looking like a dentist office. Only complaint I had was I requested via hotels.com app that the room not be entered/cleaned during my two night stay and they did enter and clean. Suggest commenting directly to the staff and not using the hotels messaging feature."
