"Staff took a long time to check in and if there were issues with the bill it also took them a long time to revolve, found the entire process very slow. BUT they were super kind, and professional. This hotel is downtown Hamilton so surrounding area is a bit seedy but the hotel is great and right across from convention center so super handy! Starbucks and a booster juice close by made for a very happy daughter! Rooms were clean and generally good value for money. "

"The room was very clean, and staff were excellent. Not the best view in the world but that's no big deal. My key card stopped working twice which was kind of inconvenient, but the front desk were very helpful both times. "

"went here for a personal getaway i had a wonderful experience the room was super cozy an amazing, my check in was late so they upgraded me at no cost. the breakfast was superb with lots of choices one day was buffet style an the next i was waited on at the table by pleasant servers "
