"We needed a quiet adult getaway and found this beautiful boutique hotel on here!! Couples only & all inclusive. I always wanted a swim up suite & it didn’t disappoint in any way. We had the hydrotherapy 30 min session & added the three upgrades. It was worth every minute & penny spent. The most relaxed I’ve been in a long time. "This was our 2nd stay at an excellence resort. We stayed at Riviera Cancun prior. They look and feel almost the same. The big difference was seating and staffing. Multiple times we had to wait to be seated for food because the place was full or there wasn't enough to staff to open other restaurants. One day only 1 sit down restaurant was open for lunch. Service was hit or miss once you were seated. Going to the beach was difficult, we never did find an open place to lounge under the trees....

"This hostel is literally located in the middle of nowhere, it's difficult to find, there was no cell phone service and it's just the creepiest vibe upon arrival. Did not feel safe as a solo traveler. Could not stay there. Had to look for another place to stay."

"Great staff. Great for families too. Just wish they managed the towel saving on the seats at the pool a little more. If you didnt get a seat by 630am it was pretty tough to find a spot."
