"The property is cleaned and well organized. The services and staff are very friendly. We will definitely come back to visit this property. Few cons: The location is very up north of Cancun and in the middle of no where. It’s great if you just looking for a place to relax and stay in the resort. There could be some improvements with the foods. They need to add more flavors and show some love to the foods. We tried 5 restaurants and I think most decent one was tentaziones. The other 3 were not...

"I would say this place used to be (probably) on a high end and gave an amazing customer service. We didn;t experience that, except few occasions. Majority of staff really do an average job. Again, this is not a bad place to stay, nothing major to complain. However, we most likely will choose another place next time. "

"Spent a week with family and trull amazed with the resort, facilities, staff services and the beach. The resort is composed of 3 units, Grand Palladium Select, Grand Palladium Family Selection and TRS (adults). We stayed at GP Select with granted access to GP Family Selection areas, restaurants and pools. We had access to 2 buffets and 7 restaurants ( Italian, steakhouse, Thai, Japanese, American, Mexican and Mediterranean) as well to the different bars, snack bars around the different pools....
