"Another nice stay, the foyer & pool are stunning, however some of the other areas are looking a bit tired & in need of a refurb. The restaurants serve fantastic food & the service was excellent. Great place to stay for access to the Universal parks & express cards worked perfectly. The only thing that put a downer on the stay for us, was on our final night returning to our rooms; my daughter’s door wouldn’t open for them. It turned out the battery had gone in the key card lock & it took 3 hours...

"Amazing Location , 8th floor of the Dolphin with resort view , the balcony looked over Epcot so sitting on the balacony with a birds eyw view of the Epcot firework display ......easy access to different areas of WD ....ate at Don Shulas steakhouse one night , the fountains on another night , friendly staff , clean room ......Dolphin will be my go to from now on . "
