We love it! Was a beautiful place, clean confortable bed, clean and soft sheets and the place have everything we need on the kitchen and extra sofa bed sheets and pillows too Feel like I can be long time there not problem at all!

This hotel was not not good, we will not be coming back here again. - On our first day we checked in went out for the day then when we came back later in the night we got yelled at by a cleaning lady for walking on a mopped floor in the lobby. She was annoyed we walked on the already mopped floor even though we had no way of avoiding it since we had to walk through to get to our building. - When we first went into our room the whole room smelled very strongly of old corn for some reason and the smell persisted through our entire stay. - The bed was very firm and uncomfortable and the sheets were definitely the wrong size for the bed we had. We had a king size bed and the sheets didn’t quite reach from one side of the bed to the other so sleeping with my wife we kept pulling the sheets off each other. - The water smelled nasty (not quite like sewage but definitely gross) - Shower took like 7 minutes to heat up to temp. And even at full heat still wasn't quite hot. - Our keys stopped working so we had to walk over a building to get new keys, came all the way back and the new keys still didn't work. We didn't want to walk all the way back so we searched for a phone number, called and it said "sorry we're closed, our working hours are..." after looking around the building for a number we bumped into a cleaning guy who helped us find a built in land line to call the front desk. Then after calling we had to wait 20 minutes for a guy to show up.

It's a decent property. My only complaint is that we arrived at 4:30pm to check in and our room wasn't ready. (Was supposed to be ready by 4). My FIL's suite was ready so we hung out in there and by 6 we went back to the front desk and let them know our room still wasn't ready. But because we booked through Expedia they can't give us a discount? Turns out our room was not ready bc the rooms floor was wet and smelled gross but they didn't let us know, so idk what they were waiting on. For us to come request a different room? That's what ended up happening and instead of being in building 9 to be close to my in laws as requested, we were put in building 2. We got a very small credit to their bar which seemed pretty low balling for all the issues we had.

Second visit to the Sheraton Vistana very convenient if you have kids spacious and there’s activities for them as well.
