"Loved the room layout with the bunk beds. Convenient access to dining and pool area. Parking close to room and easy."

"The door would only close properly if we slammed it very hard. The balcony sliding door was extremely heavy and needed help to open and close it. The water backed up in shower and one of the toilets needed help to flush. Both are an easy fix. The pool was lovely and so we're the people who work there. Very nice and will visit again "

"Really great staff at a nice resort. The staff at the Starbucks are some of the nicest I've ever encountered. The food here is good and you should make sure to stop at The Market and get a sweet treat."

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area

"We liked staying here - the waterpark was a bit much for my 3 year old but I think in one year she’d love the splash pad area. The lazy river area was great. It is super clean and the room itself was great - nice to have a coffee shop on site and a store to get last minute items. We’d consider staying again if we were in the area. I didn’t get a time share sales pitch either. "
