Excellent location for Universal theme parks along with views from higher floors specially Well maintained and clean Hilton property. Mixed feedback on staff, certainly a population of the staff are courteous, helpful. But during check in.. “is this your first Hilton stay” was not something felt welcoming as a response to the question why do I need to provide the credit card again when i did everything using app including the credit card details and selecting the room. First impression could have been better after. And ofcourse a sales speech during check out was not appreciated while hurrying for catching the flight.

I really enjoyed this property. IF there was anything I didn't care for, it was the a/c in the room. It blew right in my face. I ended up placing the pillows into a"wall" so I wouldn't get all of that air in my face. BUT, it worked great. The room was cool in a moment. It was very clean, and everyone was super friendly. I also felt very safe which is a big deal as a woman traveling with her daughter and elderly mom. We will stay here again.

The hotel offers a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere, with plenty of great facilities that make it an enjoyable place to stay. Pros Relaxing Ambiance: The overall vibe of the hotel is cozy and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. Well-Equipped Facilities: The hotel provides a wide range of amenities, adding convenience and enhancing the experience. Cons Poor Soundproofing in Connected Rooms: The biggest downside was the lack of soundproofing in the connected rooms. During our two-night stay, the first night was particularly disruptive because a family was staying in the adjacent room. We could clearly hear their loud conversations from the moment they checked in, making it impossible to rest. Morning Disturbance: The next morning, the situation worsened with an early and intense family argument. We could hear every word, the sound of children crying, and other details as if they were happening in our own room. It significantly impacted our sleep and overall stay.
