"My stay at Casa Cordova was great, very quiet and nice with a balcony for a nice view at night parking was right on the spot swimming pool even though the weather did not allow me to swim I love it and would stay there again"

"Greta place very neat and clean the only issue is parking , I paid 50 dollars for parking one night and I lost the ticket, and then they charged me extra 50 dollars which is una fair and abusive most valley parking in Miami use the phone "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfort and amenities. However, there were a few issues that need attention. Despite requesting early check-in on December 2, the cleaners were unaware and needed an extra hour, leading us to check in at the original time. Additionally, we received a notice for improper parking on December 4, despite displaying the provided parking tag. Clearer instructions on parking policies would be helpful. Thank you for the otherwise pleasant experience! "

"Clean!!! Everything was perfect. Communication was elite. Only things missing was frying pans, body wash and shampoo. The toilet was running. Definitely need to get repaired. Those are all minimal needs that can be corrected. I'll definitely be back to stay there. "

"Reasonable location, about 10 minute drive to the beach but not much that is walkable. Pet friendly which is nice but not a lot of pet friendly places surrounding it. Decent supplies for a family vacation. good base from which to venture out. Friendly staff- shout out to Ricky and James."

"We stayed in Villa # 1. We didn’t spend a lot of time on the actual property as we were out exploring and enjoying our vacation, however the time we did spend in the unit was comfortable, clean and quiet. During our stay the weather was beautiful but the nights were cold. Our only complaint was when turning on the heat, the unit is in the primary bedroom (behind a closet) was extraordinarily loud and made sleeping sometimes a challenge.
