"Nicely located hotel closed to target,restaurant, helpful front desk staffs (Alex is the best!!saved me 2 nights when I unexpectedly missed my flights twice) brian-gave me more options to check in day 1, a couple young female staffs at the front were accommodating. "I liked that it was clean but the rooms were noisy and view was of the abandoned hotels behind the property. I appreciate that Lucca at the front desk changed the accessible room to a regular room because “clearly didn’t need it” and it was “scummy” to have booked it. I couldn’t help but feel it was a jab at me. I honestly don’t remember the type of room I booked through Expedia. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. "

"stayed here for a weekend and we loved the place. it offers you everything you need to just go and spend some days without the stress of going to the beach. they have beach rentals (you have to pay for them tho / but you can also lay on the sand), access to the beach and to a nice boardwalk. grotto pool is amazing. they have 2 bars and drinks were good. also buffet breakfast was good as well. i would definitely go back. room were nice and comfortable. really recommended this place. "

"Got in around 9am on a Saturday and surprisingly they had a room available. Upon check in they gave us 2 free breakfast buffet coupons. Staff texted me throughout our stay to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Fantastic stay and close and walking distance to Sea World and Aquatica! My son and I will definitely be back! "
