"While our stay didn’t start out as planned with our two queen suite being given away and some housekeeping challenges in the room we did get, the hotel manager and GM took our concerns seriously and credited us a nights stay, called us personally while we were out exploring and completely turned our room. They were apologetic and wanted to ensure us that that guest experience and cleanliness are paramount. The location is great, nice breakfast, great fitness center and pool. We will return. "
