All Food and Restaurant Staff were excellent. Housekeeping was non-existent... we were sent a text if we wanted to opt out of daily cleaning service, we never opted out, although we never received ANY cleaning service either... no fresh towels, no wash clothes, no bed service, no water... NOTHING We were there from Friday through Monday!

Beautiful property in a very nice area. The suites are very spacious and perfect for a family. We really enjoyed the the private suite pool and hot tub adjacent to our suite villa which was very large and clean. The Omni just became our go to hotel when in the area.

The property amenities are amazing! 4 pools and mini golf and firepits, perfect for kids and families. The rooms however can use an update we were in a double queen deluxe room and the beds were uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and good and drinks were great.
