"This was a perfect location to stay and enjoy all the amenities of Coconut Grove. Easy to find, and steps away from everything. Balcony and room were great overall. "We had a nice stay at this hotel. Clean, quiet. I was not sure of the setup but found out when we arrived that our four rooms shared one bathroom which had double sinks, double showers and double toilets. We shared the rest of the home with maybe four other rooms but was a bit unsure of which areas we could use. So we were a little uncomfortable and stayed in our areas. It would have been nice to have some hot items for breakfast. There was a great stove which seems to never get used. I had...

"Communication was almost nonexistent. I sent a message and got an auto reply that it could be 24 hours for a response. Never received one. Room was clean and spacious. The biulding is old and needs a fresh coat of paint and there is no real noise barriers from other rooms. But, while not perfect, we did enjoy and would return."
