It is located at Disney World. Parking $38 per day, resort fee $45 per day. Can’t get to parking lots with luggage. You have to use bell service. Broken cabinets, not fixed after we notified them. Next time we will stay at an actual Disney resort.

Great walkable to Disney. Did not like size of bathroom.Area by toilet so tiny shoe would get hit by door also doorstop in middle of the floor seems strange.

The property was close to everything and had great transportation. There was a weird smell on our floor and we were below the lobby.

The location was perfect for Epcot and the boardwalk. The hotel could be maintained better, especially the rooms and bathrooms.

It was easy to get to the parks and the Boardwalk areas. Registration was easy. The only disappointment was our room had little to no hot water in the shower.

The Dolphin is a wonderful hotel. Beautiful hotel lobby and a great “market”. Easy walk to Epcot and HS. Great dining options and close to the swan and boardwalk with more great dining options.
