Great location! Close to theme parks and shopping. Property is large and open, not congested like many resorts catering to the area. We enjoyed there being four large pool areas and the resort is lovely to walk. We had a deluxe one bedroom and it had everything we needed. We had a great stay!

I thought the property upon arrival was very nice. I was concerned when I walked up to the property because it was a little worn and needed sprucing up but... the inside of my lodging was great. I have absolutely no complaints about the room or the locations. I would definitely stay here again.

The sofa bed had ripped and stained sheets, and I called the front desk to request a repair for the ceiling fan, which clicked throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep and the fan was never fixed . When we arrived, we noticed that there were no EV chargers available for the rental car we were provided. The property is not well-maintained, and the cleanliness was poor. I would not recommend this place..

Beautifully landscaped, friendly staff. The resort is not new and there are some repairs necessary. One of the electrical outlets near our beds’ table lamp did not work. Strangely, the fridge doors opened the wrong way in the apartment our son rented.

The thermostat was set so you couldn’t turn the temp down. Wasn’t until we called down 4 times they reset it Wasted a lot of time dealing with us Not everyone keeps their temp at 70 Wasn’t happy about this

I consider myself a patient person and I understand mistakes happen, but the level of incompetence and poor service was off the charts for this resort. Checked in at 3:30 on a Thursday, received key and drove to our building and the key doesn’t work. Ok, it happens. Drive back to front office and they reset the keys, go back and key doesn’t work. Contact concierge and they said door battery might be dead and they will send someone to let us in. 45 minutes and security shows up to let us in and say engineer on way to fix door. Guy shows up and replaces battery then says security has to reprogram lock. It’s now 5:20 and we are starving so we leave for dinner while security is supposed to reprogram lock. Return to room at 8:50 and door still does not work. Drive back to front office and request a new room. They say No and they will send security to let us in. 1 hour goes by and security finally shows up and “informs” us the door doesn’t work, then takes our keys to go back and reprogram and leaves before I can say a word and request him to let us in the room. This goes on and on until 11:00pm when we finally get in the room, but THE LOCK STILL DOES NOT WORK!
