"It was unfortunate there was construction going on, so they did not have a real restaurant We didn’t hear any noise from the construction The pool area was immaculate. Everybody was nice and helpful. The gym could i’ve had newer equipment, but it was fine The beach was great and we had some great sunrise images and pictures"

"I waited a long time for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which is suppose to run every half hour. I finally called the number I had luckily noted. The hotel had no heat and it was an exceptionally cold spell in Florida. The hotel was out of blankets when I arrived. They offered me little to compensate how cold it was!!! On an up note, I was upgraded to a suite which was VERY nice (minus how cold it was). Upon check-in when I was informed of my upgrade and I asked how I got that...
