We always love Orange lake but this time we were assigned an occupied room. Also pizza place was closed. Have never enjoyed the high pressure hard sell.

This is an exceptional property. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The property has an onsite store, Starbucks, multiple dining options, and an absolutely great golf facility. Could not have enjoyed this stay more

Great place for families wanting to be close to Disney. Nice 2 bedroom suite with washer, dryer and dishwasher. A lot of the restaurants were closed and the checkin took a very long time.

The property was fine the check service was terrible. At 11PM it took 45 minutes. There were many people waiting, realizing the number of people in line, the staff should not have left their posts There was a resort fee and an additional fee charged to my credit card by the resort that was not included in the Expedia information.
