Very pushy timeshare sales person, plus getting called in our room after. Was signed up for rewards program even though we said no thank you to this. Keep getting repeated emails with offers and rewards program stuff through travel booking company so tougher to block or unsubscribe

They charge you for pretty much everything. Tube is lazy river was like 9 dollar tube. They said you don't get towels after the intial one, you have do you laundary for towels. We were there for five days. No housekeeping for entire stay, they said you have to pay extra for housekeeping. You have throw your own trash for the entire stay. Breakfast credit of 30 dollar was barely enough to have a decent breakfast. When you say breakfast, I shouldn't thinking too much about.

Overall just not pleased. Asked twice to have bathroom exhaust fan replaced. Failed. Tub leaked wanted onto floor just showering. Failed No room service unless staying 10 days or longer? Failed No extra linens in room. Failed Overall nothing has changed since we were there 10 years ago. Buildings are outdated. Restaurant service was average but food and pricing was terrible. I don’t mind spending 1-200$ on a meal but it better be special. Sloppy Joe? Failed Not impressed AND NOBODY asked how our stay was when we checked out. Won’t be going back on my dime. Certainly would never consider being an owner.

It was great staying at the holiday inn club. Best part was that they had everything in room that we might need on daily basis. Loved the staff as well they were very helpful.
