"Great resort with lots to do! Walking access (and bus access) to Seaworld. 2 big pools. (One is heated in the spring). A baby pool. And a hot tub. Poolside bar (in the nonheated pool) and restaurants all had great service. All staff was super friendly and wanted to be sure you were enjoying your stay. Ability to eat right on site, order room service if preferred, and grab food onsite to/go was great. Room in the tower area was very dated and furniture was very beat up. Beds were clean and...

"It was beautiful and relaxing and the staff were all super polite, kind and helpful. Especially Marie at the front desk, the guys at the beach the ladies at the Salty Siren, the valets, waitstaff at breakfast even the workers at Starbucks were so great! You must treat your staff right because they genuinely seem like they like their job! "

"Great place to stay right on the beautiful beach. It’s an OG beach resort that’s been renovated. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Gulf, which was wonderful. Bring hangers, though as there are just hooks and no closet, not a big deal though. Most comfortable bed we’ve slept on in a long time. Great drinks and food."

"Good hotel that is a bit dated. But the rooms were clean and it was safe. It is also pet friendly which was good for us. Front desk staff could be a bit more cheerful. They do charge to park and for breakfast. We didn't pay for the breakfast so can't comment on that .They do have an amazing pool with a waterfall and a great pool bar. If we are ever in the area again we'd stay here again. Overall it was a nice stay for the two nights we were there. "
