"Beautiful pool and beach sites, lively vibe and ambience was great"

"Property is a mile out from universal studios. It’s better to walk there then to ride the shuttle it’s about 20 min walk compared to the shuttle took over an hour Becasue of traffic. Breakfast buffet was delicious parking was expensive $30 a night. I would’ve picked another hotel if I would’ve known parking wasn’t included. Other than that the hotel was amazing and staff was so nice. "

Especially Marie at the front desk, the guys at the beach the ladies at the Salty Siren, the valets, waitstaff at breakfast even the workers at Starbucks were so great! You must treat your staff right because they genuinely seem like they like their job! "
