I really want to give 5 stars but the when you walk off the elevator to go to the apartment there is an overwhelming musty smell. Then when we were in our apartment the smell was so bad, we got there at 3:30am and I had been driving over 12 hours so at that point I just wanted to sleep and worry about it tomorrow. We bought airfresher the next day, itā€™s not like we planned to be in the room often, and decided to just deal with it. The couch and the dining chairs really need to be replaced. Those were really gross. We sat on towels when sitting at the table, sat on the couch for a minute, felt the springs. In positive words, I loved the layout of the apartment, we didnā€™t use the kitchen to cook but it looked decent. The view from the balcony was pretty and the people who work there were super nice (guest services, maintenance, and landscaping guys- really only talked to them in passing but they were polite)

Property was clean and quiet Lack of access to elevators or other options to get in Property when we had to park on the back side of Property due to lack of parking spaces(and my wife is handicapped)so if definitely posed a challenge trying to get into the building

The unit was old. Shower head broke, dishwasher load, unit not stocked well at all. The pool was freezing. Not sure why it was not heated in December. The building smelled horrible like cat liter.

The stay was good, did not receive my VIP perk until Sunday night ( three nights after check in- night before leaving) so i couldnā€™t use it. Room keys kept not working. Walls were chipping off in chunks in one bedroom. Needs to be updated but is still a nice place to stay.

The rooms were so dirty. Dryer broken dishwasher broken. Safe broken. Wanted to charge extra for towels that we couldnā€™t dry. Shady people all around. Security guard was hanging around with all sorts of people. Someone called Every morning to sell a membership.

This was a great stay for our family! It looked a little dated but was very clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The pool was a lot of fun and we had 2 toddlers that loved it and the playground. Shopping outlets in walking distance and lots of food choices close by! Definitely would stay here again! Close to the Disney parks!

It was nice and quiet. There was a kids pool with water slide, but I was there to relax so I spent a lot of time at the quiet pool. And it was next door to an outlet mall. And walking distance to grocery stores and other shops.

The hotel had large, roomy suites and comfortable beds. Some of the equipment was old and needed updating. The refrigerator leaked water onto the shelves. The coffee maker switch was broken so you couldn't tell if it was on. The faucets were cheap apartment grade items and several of them leaked water. We still enjoyed our stay, but we expected a little better for our money.

Propert was decent. Room was a little dirty. Dishwasher wasnā€™t working/flooded. I let the office know but nothing was done. Dryer took about 3-4 runs before actually drying clothes. It wasnā€™t stocked with toiletries such as toilet paper, soap etc. beds were comfy but pillows were hard as a rock.
