Very happy overall, considering it is one of the cheaper official Universal properties. The walls are very thin; you can hear everything in the rooms around and above you. Clean property, friendly and helpful staff, and great amenities for the price. There is a ~7 minute shuttle dedicated to Surfside that goes to and from CityWalk (which also connects to Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios). The shuttle was regular, but didn’t seem as frequent as the other hotels. Overall, a great convenient pick for a budget-conscious traveler who wants to stay at an official Universal property.

The hotel was beautiful and came highly recommended. It was close to everything we needed. The room was very comfortable and welcoming. Irene at the front desk was a gem and took amazing care of us throughout our stay. Ana in Beach Break Cafe made delicious scrambled eggs for our breakfast and Dominick prepared a fantatstic BBQ chicken pizza for our dinner. We used the refillable cups and it was a huge convenience to have access to a drink at 3 am. We will definitely stay again. Everyone was very kind and helpful. It was an amazing stay and vacation!!!

My family and i really enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the bus shuttle to Universal everyday . It was like staying at the park without the high prices. Also wasnt far from disney . Onsit parking was a charge but cheaper then parks

Great service and staff. They consistently checked in on us and they were easy to reach. The rooms were clean and well kept. We had to book this hotel last minute due to our flight being canceled. Overall the hotel and staff met all our expectations and needs including 2 kids. We’ll definitely be back.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. Good budget hotel. Very clean. Easy transportation for Universal. My only concern was I booked a 2 bedroom sweet. I have always known a 2 bedroom sweet to be 2 bedrooms and a living area. This was realy one bedroom with two beds in the living area. We had six people, buy made it work.

This is a great property to stay at! The staff is friendly and helpful, transportation to and from Universal is simple and convenient and the property is kept up very nice! Getting to enter the park a hour early is a huge bonus! We would definitely stay again!
