"Fantastic location. Lovely building high ceilings very traditional. Tea coffee in the room, however only one packet of bicuits(contains 2 biscuits) for a family room, there were 3 of us, and one hot chocolate sachet. I went to ask staff for another packet of biscuits so we could least have one each to be told NO, only one packet per room , I did explain we only have 2 biscuits for 3 people still NO!!!! The shower needs updating. Bedding very clean and comfy. Breakfast very nice, and the staff...
