"Front staff were wonderful, so helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor and no lift, so we got our exercise. I can’t recommend for anyone who tires easily with stairs. Room was very small and we shared the toilet and shower, which wasn’t a problem. Location was great for our purposes but not a high end street."

"I specifically chose this hotel because i wanted to stay some place with character. Some place that felt like traditional old London. And this fit the bill. My room was tiny but quaint and cute with great big windows that opened up to a lovely view of the hotel's back patio area. My only complaint is that i wish there was a ledge or something beside the bed to place items such as glasses, phones, etc. Lovely breakfast area downstairs felt very traditional and the hot cocoa was from scratch! So...

"Very nice comfortable room. A bit small but i only stayed for one night so it was fine. Warm, clean, all necessary amenities. TV, Kettle etc. Friendly helpful staff and in a great location close to Euston Station and Kings Cross. Will definitely use again next time i need a room in London."
