"We booked last minute due to having to cancel our trip into France because they closed the station due to finding an unexploded bomb from WWII. With that being said it was our first time staying in a hostel and we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The rooms are small of course if you are traveling with lots of luggage which we were. "Cozy first floor room. Unique to have a mudroom in a hotel room. Was good for a few nights. Needs better ventilation fans as room can get humid after a shower and paint is starting to bubble. The floor fans helped but some are older and need replacement. Can open windows so that is good. Didn't have the breakfast. Staff is fantastic! Across street freom Kings Cross and many places to eat late at night "

"Enjoyed the location, walkable from the train and close to the British Museum. Carpet is a bit old in the rooms and the bed could be more plush, but very clean (i love the smell of bleach, i know they really got all the germs) and staff was great. Room was quaint and complimentary coffee and tea was a nice touch. It would be great if they put a little table and 2 small chairs in the tower window of the room. "
