"Great stay at the Ambassador. Check- in staff were excellent - very friendly & attentive. The bar staff were equally engaging. Room was lovely, albeit not huge but had everything you needed included lots of clever storage and loads of sockets (amazing!). Bed was huge and very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again! "

"Our room was perfect for a family of 4. While not overly spacious, there were two large, comfortable beds, a desk and 2 chairs. Storage was scarce (2 drawers, 2 small cabinet spaces and small closet.) Bathroom was modern and clean. The hotel lobby has a very cool vibe. It was a mix of vibrant and quiet. There were no noise issues. We had coffee and pastries in the restaurant every morning. All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating - really lovely people. The location is fantastic - 5 minute walk to the Holborn station tube. Covent Square was less than 15 minute walk and Leicester Square was about 5 minutes further. There were 2 Sainsbury markets across the street, as well as a ton of coffee shops and restaurants. It was really an ideal location."
