Just back from a wonderful two-night stay in London and couldn't be happier with our choice of accommodation. Location was absolutely key for us, and this place delivered in spades! Being just a stone's throw from a tube station made zipping around London to see all the sights incredibly easy and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean and very tidy – a real pleasure to come back...

"Best hotel in London! Pricey, but well worth it. The staff makes it a point to remember your name and make you feel welcome. We were only there two nights but felt at home. We arrived slightly before check-in time so that put us in a very nice lounge and brought champagne while we waited. The area is a bit tourist-y, but we were there Easter week/spring break so maybe it's not *always* that bad. Even so, the hotel is back off the main road, so getting into a cab is not a life and death...
