The TV in the room didn't work. They said they would send someone to check it but never did. Was to have a King bed but was only a queen. No luggage rack in room. Was given a handicap room they said was requested by Expedia. We don't like handicap rooms and do not need handicap rooms (yet). This was the 2nd handicap room we were booked by Expedia. The other was the Hilton at the Edinburgh airport.

The hotel is quite near a bus stop, so very handy for those who don't drive. The hotel is very clean and pleasant and comfortable for a night's stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very near a bus stop and within walkable distance. The check in staff were presentable and very helpful, organising an airport transfer. The rooms are clean and very good size for a comfortable night's sleep. Highly recommended.

The hotel check-in and check-out staff was efficient and friendly. The room was spotless, spacious, comfortable bed. Location: very close to the airport—the cab fare from Terminal 5 to the hotel was 19 pounds, and the cab fare to Terminal 3 was 17 pounds. It was reasonable and fast. The hotel arranged my cab for a 4:30 AM pick-up.

Convenient location for Heathrow, T3 around 5 mins in car. Rooms nicely decorated. Restaurant was closed when we arrived but dining available in the bar. Airport transfers can be booked through reception and this worked out cheaper than the bus for 4 of us.
