"We stayed for the London landmarks half marathon, as a member of park plaza, we got an upgrade on the room! Which was a nice high floor! Unfortunately it was facing another room! The room wasn’t serviced during our two nights stay, the bed was okay but seemed like a double. Breakfast was expensive but wasn’t really worth the £25pp. The staff for the bar were great!"

"Location was amazing, easy to get to public transportation and walk around town. Hotel rooms were nice, large and comfortable with a full-sized sofa bed, giving our family of five plenty of space to spread out. The hotel bar was busy each night, but we still enjoyed a nigh cap. Service was a little slow on a weekend night when we asked for bedding for the sofa, but not a huge deal. Something to note is the hotel might have "guests" who just stay around the common areas or even up on our floor...

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"
