"Another great stay, staff are super friendly, hotel is clean and comfortable with good amenities in the room (kettle, hairdryer, toiletries etc.) Great location being a few minutes from Euston and easily walkable to major attractions. London is a busy city so rooms facing the main road can have some traffic’s noise (which doesn’t bother me). No individual hearing control in room so was a little warm but just opened the window! "

"Everything was quite fine for what would amount to my 10th half-week stay at this hotel. That is, with one exception: the housekeeping crew were a bit too eager in their cleaning of my room after my night. They removed all the food I had stored in the minifridge, and removed all my personal items left in the bath, incl. new toothbrush and toothpaste. They must have thought I had already checked out! I was able to obtain temporary toiletries from the Reception Desk, but still needed to shop for...

"Comfy beds with the best pillows ive ever used, had to look for them to tey and buy for home. Breakfast was lovely fresh quality hot food with lots of choice. Staff were lovely all really kind and attentive. Room was nice no complaints other than snacks in similar priced hotels are usually included or at least a bag of crisps, for same price weve had chocolates or even brownies as an additional. Shampoo and conditioner was good quality. Overall would recomend. Great location and lovely stay xx"
