"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. Breakfast is incredibly fulfilling and delicious. Recommend to get the breakfast deal. With 2 little kids, we had everything...

"The bed was super comfortable and the location is amazing right next to the museums. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and there was good value for money. The heating in the bathroom was perfect for a hot shower after a long and cold day, especially the floor heating. "Stayed for work, given a quiet room as requested, had asked for shower over bath but given shower only which was a shame but not a major issue. Lighting a bit dark in the bathroom, would appreciate brighter lights for doing make up. Eco lighting seems common across all similar grade hotels now though. "The properties a little worn out, but it did have good coffee and tea in the room, the staff is super friendly but most of all it’s all about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. You’re a three minute walk from Piccadilly Circus, and Chinatown. You’re also on one of the best streets for shopping in London, and the hotel lobby is very beautiful. The shining star of this property is the wonderful staff, great customer service, so friendly and really accommodated me. I would stay here again."
