"Excellent service from the staff straight away from entering the hotel. The room we had was very spacious and clean and even though being next-door to Waterloo railway station, you could not hear any noise from outside. Five minutes walking from Parliament./Downing Street/London eye. And not much further away is Buckingham Palace/Trafalgar Square and all the posh shops. I would give the hotel 9 1/2 out of 10 only halfway because of a cupboard door which wouldn’t close properly. Thank you."

Our only negatives were that the bedroom was very hot during the night with only a fan to cool the room down and sadly outside the patio doors we could see a lot of a litter. These two points would not deter us from staying at the hotel again. "
