"Great service and lovely hotel. Beautiful view from the hotel. Lovely touches in the room. Walking distance to the London Eye. Lots of variety for breakfast but didn’t quite enjoy the quality of food for breakfast and dinner. Other than that, it was great! "

"Nicely out of the centre and yet within walking distance of supermarket and lovely country pubs. Fairly close to park and ride making trips to the centre easy. Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff in all areas. Would recommend."

"Absolutely brilliant stay as a family with a 3 year old. We dined in at the buffet (a scary notion for a coeliac), the staff made me a pizza to order to ensure I wasn’t ill and also did the same with my breakfast in the morning. They have allergy matrix out and as soon as I said coeliac they were all exceedingly accommodating and mentioned cross contamination before I could. It genuinely felt like they cared. We couldn’t have asked for more!"
