"Our second stay at The Gore and it does not disappoint. The staff are all excellent especially George. The room was lovely, all amenities catered for. Special touches of chocolates, birthday cake & personal note from the hotel manager made the stay better. After our trip to the Royal Albert Hall we stopped into the bar, the service could have been better, we were ignored for a while & we’re not given the same attention as other guests with coasters for our drinks and napkins for our food....
