"The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were very good and the continental breakfast was also very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The porter took our two large suitcases up three flight of stairs to our room. The hotel is just around the corner from Victoria coach station and it was ideal for my partner and myself to stay overnight before our cruise."

"Dont book here, the place is horrible, doesnt look anything like the pictures, you have to give a £250 deposit on top of paying. In a horrible part of london, no one in the businees speaks english proerly. Very difficult to deal with and only interested in your money. Disgusting mess of an apartment, no hand rails to use to walk up the stairs, big glass panals everywhere when walking in, bedrooms a mess, dirt everywhere. Dont anyone ever use thsi place."

"We booked last minute due to having to cancel our trip into France because they closed the station due to finding an unexploded bomb from WWII. With that being said it was our first time staying in a hostel and we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The rooms are small of course if you are traveling with lots of luggage which we were. But for just 1 night it was perfect for us. The atmosphere was great and there were plenty to do. The drinks and food were amazing. My son said their fish...
