Staff very friendly and helpful. Property was immaculate and well-appointed. Food was good. Shuttle transportation to airport took longer than expected and standing room only, so next time I'd take a taxi.

For a hotel that just must cater for travellers to Heathrow airport the services to the airport are poor. Pretty sure they advertised a free bus shuttle to the terminals which is certainly not the case.The rooms were nice but they ought to be at the price, and breakfast was not included

Our check-in was upsetting. Hotel reception insisted we had booked 2 rooms, both through Expedia. We showed proof we had only booked 1 room. There was a mistake somewhere but hotel would not contact Expedia. We did. And hotel would not tell us next morning if another person with same name did turn up. We found it upsetting and worrying. Stay here often for early Heathrow flight. Usually no dramas.

1) Transportation to airport service not good. Forced to spend price quoted - not negotiable. 2) Left an important container in the hotel room safe. Found by Security. Notified immediately. Arranged return from UK to US via UPS. Phenomenal service by Reception. Lucia in charge delightful.

Needed a one-night stay before very early flight at LHR. We were able to walk 12 minutes from Enterprise Car Return on North Perimeter Rd. (We travel light with only a backpack and personal bag). Checking into hotel was smooth. Clean, nice room. Had dinner at onsite restaurant. Next morning had U3 bus service to Central Bus Station in LHR — it stops right in front of hotel — at 4:51 a.m. and ride three or four quick stops to destination.

Limited places to eat due to location. Very close to heathrow. Local bus service to heathrow airport was U3 and the bus stop was outside the hotel. Much cheaper than the hoppa bus and dropped you you off at the central heathrow bus station

Not as close to the airport as advertised. It took half an hour to ride the shuttle Terminal 2. The restaurant offered limited variety. Three hamburgers and our bill was $106. No other options available, no breakfast included. Room was fine.

Great hotel - very modern, comfortable. It’s perplexing however that it does not offer any kind of shuttle service to the airport. You are totally on your own in this regard. This is the only negative I have for this hotel, but it’s a big one.
