"It was our first trip to Punta Cana. We typically go to Aruba. We stayed on the Club side and Darrel, our butler, made our vacation 10 stars out of 5. Small inconveniences were fixed like a magic. He decorated our room for my birthday and made sure to provide us with all requested reservations and made sure our stay was memorable and just fantastic. "Everyone that worked at the resort was friendly and kind. The only 2 issues were there is always someone trying to sell you something in the resort while you're trying to relax and there was cockroaches at the buffet under the bagel station. The rest of the resort was clean. "
