"Our stay at JOIA Grand Bávaro was exceptional. Everything from our arrival, stay throughout the week, and departure went smoothly. The staff were friendly, and the room was cleaned well daily. Beach was beautiful, and the spa was a nice experience. The variety of food was great too. Dining options were the best compared with other all inclusive resorts I have visited. Our stay was relaxing and wonderful."

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
