"We were put in an older building. Room outdated - bathroom shower didn’t work properly. The outdoor jacuzzi had dirty black water. We couldn’t be moved until the late afternoon on our 2nd day. We were inconvenienced by having to pack our belongings and move. We shouldn’t have been placed in a room with those issues. The room shouldn’t have been occupied by any guests unless it was functioning properly. "
